- High – Demands in Plastic Spraying
- Plastic spraying, particularly for 3C shells and fittings, typically requires high productivity and top – notch quality. The spraying environment’s dust – free level ranges from 1000 to 10000. With the conveyor line’s high production capacity and rapid linear speed, paint consumption is substantial. Thus, cost – saving on raw materials is a major concern.
2.Innovative Point – Spraying System
- To cut paint costs, our company developed a point – spraying system. When a wire body enters the spraying zone, it sends a signal to the spraying system, which then starts paint conveyance and spraying. Without a signal (meaning no workpiece), paint supply and spraying halt, preventing waste.
3.Ensuring High Product Qualification Rates
- Most plastic automatic spraying lines must achieve over 95% product qualification for customers. Our company, drawing on experience from multiple production lines, co – developed a stable conveying system and a 10,000 – grade dust – free air – supply system with customers.
- The automatic line conveyor chain, made of knurled aluminium alloy with a central bearing, has fixtures attached. Side rails at the bearing positions clamp the bearing to prevent product shaking and chain misalignment, crucial for large and heavy products.
- Our 10,000 – grade air – supply system includes a quick – disassembly air – supply cabinet (all – aluminium alloy with bolt connections) and an internal filtration system. The filters range from primary, medium, and sub – high – efficiency to a final high – efficiency filter. While it may not reach 1000 – grade, the system is easily disassembled for filter replacement.
4.Diverse Spraying Methods
- There are several spraying methods for automatic plastic parts:
- Robot spraying: The line speed should be 1 – 3 m/min. Faster speeds outpace the robot’s limited spraying efficiency.
- Fixed – gun automatic spraying: It’s more efficient (line speed around 15 m/min) but wastes more paint.
- Reciprocating tracking spraying: It can be adjusted. If one set of tracking is insufficient, another can be added. It’s more flexible than fixed – gun spraying, ensuring both production efficiency and product quality. We choose the right method based on customer productivity needs and product complexity.
5.Varied Product Drying Methods
- Product drying options include medium – wave infrared heating tubes, far – infrared radiation heating, natural gas heating, steam heating, and heat – pump heating. To maintain a smooth temperature curve, the automatic – line drying oven may have inspection doors at intervals. These doors, set in opposite and offset positions, can be full – opening for easy maintenance.
